Business Analyst

BUSINESS ANALYST | FINANCIAL SERVICES | PERMANENT
The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities:
Management of Key Stakeholders within the Service Team to deliver Business Analysis which would include: Capturing User Stories, User Story Refinement, Exploring Scope, and Acceptance Criteria Determination
Facilitate a variety of ceremonies for delivery change
Assist with the change management processes and procedures
Develop a extensive understanding of the organisation's Enterprise Data Model
Develop into the Reference Data SME

Experience:
Good Business Analysis Experience
Experience within an Agile environment and techniques
Financial services experience
Ability to work well within a team

Hybrid : 3 days on-site per week in Central London
