Job Description

*** Business Analyst - £55K - Permanent - 2 days in Birmingham ***

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Digital Consultancy based in the heart of Birmingham. They have over 25 years experience delivering IT projects on behalf of clients all around the world. Due to some new client wins, they are now looking at adding an additional Agile focused BA to their team to work on a large insurance client. We are looking for the following:

Drafting non-functional requirements; liaising with relevant stakeholders to get the non-functional requirements approved.
Documenting the functional requirements as Use Cases, User Stories and different Visual Models e.g. Story Maps, Flow Charts, Wireframes etc.
Act as a Product Owner for the solution being developed. Formulate, manage and maintain the backlog
Create Story Map by involving key decision-makers, stakeholders from client and members of development team to agree on the priority of the features required and the release scope
Writing Acceptance Criteria for the User Stories with the input from the users and QA team.
Participating in Sprint Reviews to gather the feedback from clients and stakeholders. This may result in identifying new requirements or changes.
Experience working with Agile is essential.
