Business analyst

Role: Business Analyst (Retail Banking) Rate: £500 - £550/day (via umbrella) Duration: 6 months (long-term extensions beyond initial contract) Location: Cardiff (Hybrid Working) Multiple Business Analysts are required to join a leading Retail Banking client for long-term programmes of work based in Cardiff (with flexible working available).

The ideal and successful candidates will be required to hit the ground running.

Key skills & experience required: Extensive background working in financial services and retail banking Excellent knowledge and experience working on Collections and Recoveries projects and initiatives Well-rounded core BA skillset with the ability to elicit requirements and produce quality documentation Experience and knowledge of both agile and waterfall methodologies Ability to work in unstructured environments and be adaptable Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to forge relationships quickly with key stakeholders
