Our client is actively seeking a highly skilled and versatile Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both hardware and software, with a comprehensive understanding of warehouse and supply chain environments. This role requires someone who can effectively bridge the gap between client requirements and system development. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing client needs, designing tailored solutions, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless integration of technology.

Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering : Engage with clients to understand their business needs and translate these into detailed technical specifications for both hardware and software solutions.
Analysis and Documentation : Perform detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows. Document requirements, processes, and solutions clearly and comprehensively.
Solution Design : Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet client requirements. Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices.
Project Coordination : Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects. Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Client Liaison : Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
Testing and Validation : Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet specifications and quality standards. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients.
Training and Support : Provide training to clients and internal teams on new systems and processes. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:
Technical Expertise:

Strong background in both hardware and software, with the ability to understand and integrate complex systems.
Industry Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of warehouse and supply chain environments, including logistics, inventory management, and automation technologies.
Analytical Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to dissect complex problems and devise effective solutions.
Communication Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management:

Experience in project coordination and management. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Interpersonal Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
Adaptability:

Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably within the technology or supply chain sectors.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
Experience with ERP systems, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and other supply chain technologies is a plus.
