Business Analyst

We are looking for a talented Business Analyst with experience in Business Central or ERP systems to join a dynamic projects team.

Role Overview:

As a Project-Based Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the ERP implementation and optimisation projects. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and ensure successful delivery of project objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
Conduct detailed business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist in the implementation and customisation of Business Central/ERP systems to meet business needs.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, process flows, and user guides.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst ideally in a retail environment.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP systems.
Understanding of retail business processes and workflows.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong project management skills with experience in delivering ERP projects.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or ERP systems (preferred).
