A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-profile Financial Crime Analytics programme. This role will focus on business change, regulatory delivery, and operational enhancement initiatives supporting AML, Fraud, and Transaction Monitoring programmes.

What You'll Be Doing

Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
Design and document Target Operating Models (TOMs), workflows, and operational processes
Produce high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and supporting artefacts
Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder engagement across multiple functions
Support regulatory and financial crime transformation initiatives
Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and requirements traceability
Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior stakeholders
Work closely with programme teams to support successful delivery

What We're Looking For

Strong Business Analysis experience within financial services
Experience delivering regulatory or financial crime-related change
Knowledge of AML, Fraud, Transaction Monitoring, or Financial Crime Operations
Experience producing requirements documentation, process maps, and business analysis artefacts
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and drive requirements gathering activities
Experience supporting complex transformation programmes

Capital Markets experience
Target Operating Model design
Regulatory remediation initiatives
Exposure to Quantexa or similar analytics platforms
