As a Business Analyst, you will be a key member of the Regulatory Reporting team, playing an instrumental role in ensuring accuracy, maintaining compliance, and supporting critical operational processes.

? Collaborate with the Regulatory Reporting team to build, publish, and maintain accurate reports
? Identify and correct data issues to ensure compliance with European regulatory requirements
? Work closely with departments such as Operations, IT, Compliance, and Client Services to manage documentation for operational regulatory reporting
? Support regulatory reporting initiatives, including but not limited to: EMIR Refit, MiFID II Costs & Charges, Trade/Transaction reporting, and SFTR
? Stay informed on changes in regulatory requirements and ensure documentation is updated accordingly

?? Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
?? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
?? Experience in regulatory reporting processes is an advantage
?? Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
?? Knowledge of financial services or European regulations (e.g., EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR) is a plus
