Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in financial services, particularly in credit risk, instrument pricing, and risk-weighted asset (RWA) calculations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and must have been involved in transition or transformation projects within the financial domain.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

Provide expertise on credit risk management and regulatory compliance.

Contribute to the design and implementation of solutions for RWA calculations and instrument pricing.

Support transition projects with detailed documentation and business process mapping.

Work closely with technology and risk teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry.

In-depth knowledge of credit risk, instrument pricing, and RWA calculations.

Experience working on transition/transformation projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
