Business Analyst Cyber

Business Analyst (Cyber) - £510/day Inside IR35 - Hybrid (One day a week in Edinburgh or Sheffield)

My client is a global company who are on the lookout for a Cyber-Security focussed Business Analyst to oversee and steer the implementation of MSFT E5 Security and Compliance. Experience working on an implementation of this nature would be very advantageous.

The Role:

• Define the scope, key performance indicators (KPIs), expected outcomes, and associated costs for the Microsoft E5 Security & Compliance funding stream.
• Establish and lead the E5 stream committee, responsible for overseeing spend approvals, tracking progress against defined outcomes, managing change requests, and reallocating funding as needed.
• Collaborate with other E5 funding streams to ensure a standardized approach and facilitate consolidated, macro-level reporting on both spend and outcomes.
• Prepare and submit funding proposals to the Investment Committee (comprising client stakeholders) for evaluation of new funding requests.
• Provide oversight and strategic direction for the implementation of Microsoft E5 Security & Compliance, including all subscriptions and associated add-on features.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in cybersecurity
• Hands-on experience with offensive security projects
• Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint or Defender implementation and upgrades
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within large, complex enterprise environments
• Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers
• Involvement in Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Target Operating Model (TOM) scoping initiatives
