We're supporting a highly respected organisation in their search for a talented Business Analyst to join their Group IT team.
In this role, you'll be a vital link between technology and the wider business, ensuring solutions are well-designed, cost-effective, and deliver measurable value.

What We're Looking For:

• MANDATORY: Proven, cradle-to-grave experience working on Microsoft D365 (Dynamics) projects as a Business Analyst.
• A strong background in structured project environments (e.g. Prince2).
• A knack for capturing and prioritising business requirements with clarity and purpose.
• Confidence in business process redesign, solution definition, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent documentation skills including functional specs, wireframes, and process maps.
• You may need to visit different locations as part of this role so you'll also need a driving license to be considered

Desirable Extras:

• Experience working in the manufacturing sector
• Exposure to ERP systems (System21/Aurora or similar)
• BCS Certificate in Business Analysis (or equivalent)
• Strong skills in Visio, Excel, and Microsoft tools
