Role Overview:
The Business Analyst ERP will be responsible for configuring and performing system changes based on solutions used within the business. This role requires the ability to create detailed problem and opportunity statements, define functional and technical scope, and capture and articulate business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and perform system changes based on business solutions.
Create detailed problem and opportunity statements for various functional and technical topics.
Define functional and technical scope for solution areas.
Capture and articulate business, functional, and non-functional requirements from multiple stakeholders.
Host and lead workshops with key stakeholders.
Create use cases/user stories and prepare test cases.
Demonstrate use cases/user stories to show the benefits of target solution platforms.
Consult with solution stakeholders to advise on solution adoption and usage.
Support system and user acceptance testing.
Create business process documentation and recommendations.
Support business change programs and training activities.
Engage with suppliers and integration partners.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for top-performing individuals with the following characteristics and background:
Strong functional knowledge of business applications and technology solutions, particularly in ERP, Finance, HR, Sales, CRM, etc., ideally for manufacturing companies.
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in configuration, standard customization, workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and report development.
At least 4 years of strong business analysis skills.
Experience in a delivery-oriented technology environment using both agile and waterfall project methodologies.
Preferred experience in DevOps.
Proven track record of successful implementation of multiple solutions within large client companies.
