Business Analyst / Project Manager

Hybrid/London - (40% onsite)

The Role
The Business Analyst / Project Manager will support the delivery of business transformation initiatives across EMEA, working closely with business stakeholders, Technology teams and change delivery colleagues. The role is responsible for analysing business problems, defining requirements, improving processes and supporting end-to-end change delivery within a regulated environment.

Operating across key support functions including Operations, Risk, Finance and Compliance, the successful candidate will ensure solutions meet business needs, align with governance standards and deliver measurable business outcomes.

About the Team
The department drives digital transformation initiatives that enhance client experience, improve operational efficiency, optimise financial performance and reduce risk. The team leverages technologies such as Automation, Generative AI, Agentic AI, OCR and workflow orchestration, while also establishing governance frameworks to support responsible AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead requirements gathering through workshops, stakeholder interviews and process analysis.

* Document and manage business, functional and non-functional requirements.

* Analyse current-state processes and design future-state solutions that improve efficiency, controls and productivity.

* Identify opportunities for digitisation, automation and reuse of existing technology capabilities.

* Define acceptance criteria, support testing activities and validate delivered solutions against business requirements.

* Assist with implementation planning, business readiness and transition to BAU operations.

* Build strong relationships across business, operations, technology, risk and compliance teams.

* Facilitate stakeholder workshops and communicate recommendations, risks and progress to both business and technical audiences.

* Support delivery of transformation initiatives through structured analysis, effective project management and clear governance.

Candidate Profile
An experienced Business Analyst with strong stakeholder management, process improvement and change delivery skills, capable of working independently and contributing to complex transformation programmes within a financial services environment.
