Roles: Business Analyst - Insurance

Responsibilities:

• Assist the product owner in gathering and documenting requirements.
• Define and review functional requirements for the AI product's front end and back end.
• Assist data science team in preparing source document for AI models.
• Anonymising documents.
• Document labelling.
• Capturing the document content into structured output.
• Analyse LLM/model outputs and validate against ground truth for chatbot accuracy.
• Evaluate / analyze model accuracy in relation to business /functional factors through manual testing working with data science team.
• Iterate taking feedback to the business and helping guide updates to improve accuracy (delivery)

Additional points :

• General understanding of AI and RAG/Chatbots would be hugely beneficial
• Insurance domain experience
