Business Analyst (Lloyds, London Market) – London/Hybrid - £75-85,000 +Benefits

We are seeking a Business Analyst (Lloyds, London Market) to help facilitate and translate business requirements into easily understandable deliverables along with mapping out future state processes and operating models is key to ensuring successful outcomes.

As our Business Analyst (Lloyds, London Market) you will understand the technology landscapes and vendors across eco-systems with varying degrees of complexity will be required in determining appropriate solutions to fit requirements.

On a daily basis the Business Analyst (Lloyds, London Market) will be responsible for:

• End to End Business Analysis Experience including requirement gathering, workshops
• Support the scoping of the project or initiative
• Work in alignment with external partners ways of working including specific tools e.g. JIRA/DevOps
• Produce and manage requirements/user stories and acceptance criteria
• Ensuring requirements drive the selection, design, and review of test cases, processes, change requests, project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment
• Adapt to different methodologies including Waterfall and Agile

To be successful in this role as Business Analyst (Lloyds, London Market) you will need to have a strong and broad background as a Business Analyst within the London Insurance Market and delivered multiple transformation projects across the full SDLC and be a strong Agile advocator.
