If so, we invite you to apply for the Business Analyst role at Ohpen.As a Business Analyst within the business rules & configurations team at Ohpen, you will play a critical role in matching client specific configuration requests with our overall cloud based mortgage origination & servicing platform.
With your unique ability to communicate effectively between our UK based clients and our software development team, you will serve as avital connector between both worlds.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that drive business performance and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with our UK based clients as their "sparring partner," helping them maximize value from our cloud-based SaaS Core Banking Engine.
Facilitate onboarding of new clients onto our platform by aligning and implementing client specific configuration requests.
Understand customer needs and align them with our engineering teams to provide tailored solutions.
Act as a bridge between the technical development team and client stakeholders, ensuring that business needs are translated into functional requirements.
Leverage your mortgage industry expertise to analyse and address client-specific needs, providing insightful recommendations.
Advise customers on process improvements to enhance their overall experience.
You have proven experience as a Business Analyst(or similar role, 5+ years) in a technology-driven environment.
You have prior experience in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on mortgages.
You have ability to engage with customers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
You have excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions.
You have proven technical understanding of data flows and software development & deployment processes - XML, data models, SQL, DTAP, release notes, GitHub, Jira.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of cloud-based SaaS solutions, especially within financial technology.
Familiarity with Core Banking systems.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive successful outcomes in complex environments.
