Business Analyst / Product Owner - up to £45K - Hybrid / Liverpool

An exciting opportunity to join an organisation helping shape the way technology supports client delivery. You'll be instrumental in optimising systems, driving automation, and supporting business transformation projects - including the implementation of Salesforce, AI and intelligent tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and prioritise system requirements.
• Act as a key liaison between operational teams and developers to support delivery.
• Lead on capturing requirements for improvements to Salesforce and related tools.
• Work with AI and automation platforms to enhance process efficiency.
• Produce detailed process documentation and user stories.
• Manage configuration, testing, and deployment of system updates and new functionality.
• Support change control, training documentation, and user adoption.
• Contribute to the design of end-to-end business processes with a focus on performance improvement and user experience.
• Promote agile delivery and incremental system enhancements.

Ideal Skillset:

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Confident gathering and translating requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiar with Salesforce (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and business process tools.
• Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or data-led system design.
• Strong documentation and process mapping skills (As-Is / To-Be).
• Comfortable working with technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional business areas.
• Proficient with tools including Jira, Confluence, Excel, Visio, and O365.
• Understanding of Agile delivery and iterative development.
