Role: Business Analyst 1yr FTC

Location Central London

Salary 42K + 12.5% Pension + Bonus + 28 days holiday

The role

• Gather and analyse business requirements to drive smarter decisions.

• Improve workflows and customer journeys.

• Support system upgrades, UAT, and documentation.

• Be the go-to for operational queries—hotline, admin, and internal policies.

• Champion risk, compliance, and customer service excellence.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis or retail banking with relevant skills

• Familiarity with tools like mobile banking apps, Excel, SQL or Power BI.

• A methodical, problem-solving mindset and top-tier communication skills.
