Role : Veeva Commercial Pharma Business Analyst 

Location: UK

Secondary Skills: Veeva PromoMats & Veeva MedComms

Band : B3

3-4 days WFO

•              Min 8+ years of experience in the IT industry in professional services  with deep domain experience in Pharma commercial business processes and associated technology platforms and systems that support the business

•              Experience working with a Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Medical Device organization

•              Experience in the Veeva Commercial product such as Veeva CRM, Veeva PromoMats and  Medcoms   as Business Analyst

•              Experience in working with Medical Legal Regulatory process

•              The Commercial Pharma Business Analyst will be responsible for soliciting and documenting requirements

•              Partner with client Commercial Sales and Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Operations, and other stakeholders to develop business processes and implement related technology solutions in alignment with key business priorities

•              Document Business and Functional Requirements

•              Provide advice and guidance on functionality and implementation strategy for Veeva CRM & Vault and related technologies

•              Developing system/user testing scenarios and checklists based on the business process and requirements

•              Assist with updates of user training documentation - Quick Reference Guides; User Guides.
