Business & Brand Development Executive

Along with a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, you will also receive commission based on sales results, the chance to work alongside industry experts and visionaries and the opportunity to shape the future of a unique brand in the luxury aesthetics sector.

What you’ll be doing as Business & Brand Development Executive:
You will play a pivotal role in driving growth, enhancing presence, and ensuring smooth operations in a unique hybrid space that celebrates the fusion of aesthetics and art. This position offers a blend of business development, client experience, and operational management, perfect for someone who thrives in a creative yet professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the vision by increasing awareness, enhancing client engagement, and growing footfall
• Manage digital marketing and social media, creating curated content and engaging with the online community
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a premium client experience
• Provide a professional and friendly welcome to clients while maintaining an air of discretion
• Drive sales, manage partnerships with luxury brands, and identify growth opportunities
• Support founders in executing key business strategies and initiatives
• Organise and host events to foster a sense of community and brand discovery

We are looking for a Business & Brand Development Executive who possesses:

• Experience in business development, preferably in luxury, beauty, or lifestyle sectors
• Strong operational skills with a passion for client experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A keen interest in aesthetics, luxury brands, and artistic concepts
• Ability to work autonomously and use initiative

Mandatory Requirements

• Live within commuting distance of Kensington, London
• Available to work full-time in the studio clinic
• Autonomous, coachable, and committed to ongoing professional development

This is a full-time position in a prime South Kensington location. You will be working Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00, with occasional evening or weekend work for events.
