They are seeking a Business Application Manager to add significant value to their SAP HR landscape. Responsibilities:

• Manage the operation and ongoing improvement of the current ERP application landscape, with a particular emphasis on SAP modules including HR, CATS, LSO, and Rexx.
• Collaborate with the ERP team and business stakeholders to design and implement HR SuccessFactors solutions for the future.
• Convert business requirements into actionable specifications for implementation, and actively participate in testing and rolling out application updates.
• Provide 2nd-level application support and manage change requests in collaboration with external partners.
• Serve as the key liaison between management, HR, IT, and external IT system providers.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in ERP support, preferably in HR/HCM, CATS, and LSO.
• Experience in customising is preferred.
• Professional or project experience in ERP digitisation initiatives.
• Completion of higher technical/business education.
• Fluent in English and German; French is a plus.
