THE BUSINESS ARCHITECT ROLE:

As a Business Architect, you will engage with senior stakeholders to translate organisational goals into actionable business and technical blueprints. Acting as a Design Authority, you'll lead the development of conceptual models aligned to business strategy and oversee change across people, processes, data and technology domains. You'll play a key role in delivering value across the transformation lifecycle, from vision through to implementation.

BUSINESS ARCHITECT ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Proven Business Architecture experience in secure government or national security environments

Experience with Target Operating Models, Transformation Roadmaps & Programme Blueprints

Familiarity with architecture frameworks (TOGAF, MODAF) and modelling tools (Archimate, UML, BPMN, MooD, ARIS etc.)

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels

Ability to link business strategy to technology outcomes
