The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Business Assistant who can wear two hats:
Relocation Concierge - be the first friend on the ground for newly-arrived expats: arrange visas, register addresses, book apartments, open bank accounts and solve the "Why is my Wi-Fi not working?" moments.
Growth Sidekick for Rumove - collect user feedback, coordinate with landlords, chase data for the product team and keep our founders one step ahead.
You’ll be part translator, part project manager, part problem-solver—and 100 % trusted partner to the leadership team.
What You’ll DoAreaTypical TasksClient On-boardingPre-arrival calls, welcome packs, airport meet & greet, SIM/ bank / medical insurance set-ups.Property SearchLiaise with landlords and agencies, schedule viewings, draft bilingual lease agreements, upload listings to Rumove.Administrative SupportManage the founders’ calendars, book travel, prepare expense reports, draft correspondence.Data & Product InputCollect user pain-points, test new Rumove features, track KPIs in Notion/Sheets, compile weekly dashboards.Partnership & EventsSource service providers (movers, translators, cleaners), organise monthly newcomer mixers and webinars.
What Makes You a Great FitLanguages: Native-level English
Experience: 2-4 years in relocation, property, executive assistance or operations—ideally in an international setting.
Digital Fluency: Google Workspace, CRMs, Slack, Trello; quick to learn internal tools.
Organisation: Able to juggle 20 + active move-ins while keeping the founders’ day running smoothly.
People Skills: Empathy, cross-cultural sensitivity, a knack for calming nerves and getting things done in Moscow’s bureaucracy.
Bonus Points: Exposure to PropTech or real-estate rental platforms; driving licence; prior startup experience.
