Are you an experienced manager with a passion for quality, coaching, and continuous improvement? We’re working with a leading client who’s on the lookout for a collaborative and driven individual to lead a team of six within their Quality Assurance and Outcomes Testing department.

This is more than a leadership role—it’s a chance to make a real impact. You’ll be at the heart of ensuring high standards and positive outcomes for customers, while fostering a supportive environment that helps your team thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA specialists
• Manage testing and assurance reviews across customer journeys
• Provide clear, actionable insights to enhance service, compliance, and quality
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends and drive improvements
• Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and performance development activities

About You:

• Proven experience in managing or coaching a team
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to analyse and present data in a meaningful way
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, team-first attitude
• Previous experience in QA, compliance, or outcomes testing is highly desirable
