What you'll be doing

* Manage and grow key client accounts

* Drive revenue through upselling and cross selling opportunities

* Conduct centre tours for prospective clients

* Generate new business through networking and referrals

* Deliver exceptional customer service and client support

* Renew and expand client agreements to maximise revenue

* Manage billing, invoicing and debt recovery processes

* Monitor occupancy levels, renewals and account activity through CRM systems

* Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively

* Lead, support and develop Customer Service Assistants

* Ensure compliance with health and safety, GDPR and operational standards

* Manage supplier relationships and facilities contracts
