An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Norfolk County Council's Business Change & Innovation Team within the Digital & Transformation Directorate.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Change Manager who is passionate about improving services, supporting innovation and helping colleagues successfully navigate change. This role will play a key part in delivering transformation programmes across the Council, helping teams adopt new ways of working and realise tangible benefits from digital and organisational change.
Initially, a key focus of the role will be supporting the continued adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other emerging technologies across the organisation. You will work with services to identify opportunities, develop use cases, support change activities and help ensure that technology delivers meaningful outcomes for staff and residents.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, facilitating change and turning innovative ideas into practical improvements.
