12 month Fixed Term Contract - ERP System Replacement Project Location: Northampton Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE About our Charity We are St Andrew's. A bit about the role The Business Change Manager (BCM) is responsible for the design, planning and delivery of all Change Management activities for the ERP Replacement project. Key responsibilities include: Leading on identifying, designing, and delivering activities that effectively and efficiently embed lasting change(s) that results in the achievement of agreed outcomes and anticipated benefits.Sensitively facilitating and driving forward the implementation changes to ensure the sustained adoption and utilization of new IT systems and operating processes.Ensuring that stakeholder needs are effectively managed throughout, and impacted teams remain informed and engaged. Duties and responsibilities Defining and delivering the BCM plan to effectively manage the change journey.Managing the day-to-day Business Change workstream; reporting, planning, managing to plan, managing risks/issues, and appropriately escalating when needed.Conducting Change Impact Assessments with other project workstreams to identify the delta between current and future ways of working.Delivering BCM activities to ensure active stakeholder and user engagement throughout.Applying appropriate tools and techniques to drive the change management delivery process and ensure high levels of user adoption.Working to resolve any tension between the project and business areas, identifying any potential issues to project management.Ensuring that change dependencies are identified, coordinated and addressed.Acting as a trusted advisor to the business by building positive relationships with key business stakeholders and understanding their day-to-day operations.Ensure that the business is clear of what will be required of them to support the successful delivery of change initiatives.
