Essential Experience

* Demonstrable experience managing suppliers and holding delivery partners accountable.

* Experience establishing governance structures and reporting to senior leadership teams.

* Proven track record of managing risks, issues, dependencies, and competing priorities.

* Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in complex organisational environments.

Essential Knowledge

* Project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, MSP, or equivalent).

* Business change, organisational readiness, and change management principles.

* Governance, reporting, and portfolio management practices.

* Supplier and vendor management approaches.
