An opportunity has arisen to join a leading provider of individual wealthmanagement, asset management and related services to private clients,charities, trustees and professional partners. They have recently gone througha large organisational change and are in the process of transforming theirbusiness and technology processes. The organisation prides themselves on theirstrong culture. While they have grown through acquisition, they still manage tomaintain a collaborative and supportive environment and provide a "familyfeel" to their employees.

Your new role

A Project Manager is urgently required to join the organisation to work on a high-profile pricing transformation programme. The The pricing programme is a multi-year, multi- workstream initiative focusing on theconsolidation of rates across the business. The programme is made up ofworkstreams including data analysis, client communications, internalcommunications and implementation. It is a multi-year programme and has atleast 3 years left to run.

The Project Manager will come in to work on the clientcommunication workstream, focussing on ensuring clients receive timely andaccurate documentation. The Project Manager will also be required to workclosely and manage key third-party vendors, facilitating the mailings tec TheProject Manager will be required to manage the project and ensure that they arecommunicating updates to key stakeholders. The Project Manager will be requiredto facilitate and lead steering committees with senior level stakeholders.Therefore, strong communication skills are a must.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a strong Project Manager with experienceof working on business change-focused initiatives, experience of working onclient communications projects is desirable. Experience of leading steeringcommittees and managing senior-level stakeholder engagement relationships isessential. Knowledge of Financial services is required, experience of Wealth orAsset management would be highly beneficial.
