With over 35 years of pioneering work in Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) for water pollution control, we are at the forefront of sustainable water treatment. We’ve designed and installed more than 900 reed bed systems for municipal and industrial applications across the UK and overseas. As demand for environmentally friendly treatment methods continues to grow, particularly with the onset of AMP8, we’re expanding our commercial team.

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to help us meet growing demand, build strong client relationships and identify new opportunities across the municipal and industrial wastewater sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop new business across non-water company (industrial) sectors.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, particularly UK Water Companies.
• Work closely with our project delivery team to align proposals and solutions with client needs.
• Present solutions and ideas both in person and via Teams, building trust and credibility.
• Focus on consultative sales – no hard targets, just meaningful engagement.
• Conducting site assessments (training provided).

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes (essential).
• Knowledge of reed bed systems and NBS technologies (ideal).
• Confident communicator with experience in delivering technical presentations.
• Based within 1-2 hours of Rugeley, with the ability to work from the office 2 days a week.
• A clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
