Reed Business Support's Maidstone-based client is looking for a confident, driven Business Development Executive to join their thriving team and play a key role in growing their customer base and expanding market reach.
About the Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and working closely with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. From prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals, you’ll be the go-to person for driving growth and boosting revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively source and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and market research
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
• Attend meetings, pitches, and networking events
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Hit and exceed sales targets and KPIs
