The role of the Business Development Advisor - Modular Accommodation will involve:

• Business Development Advisor position dealing with a range of modular accommodation
• Liaise with main contractors, design & building contractors, government frameworks (e.g. department for educations) etc.
• Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Initiate contact with prospects through telephone and email
• Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects to understand their needs and challenges
• Supporting BDMs by setting up meetings and appointments with customers
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies

The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Advisor - Modular Accommodation with:

• Must have experience in telesales or lead generation
• Ideally construction related experience however totally open on product
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Confident telephone manner
• Excellent customer service skills
• Personable, team player, people person, driven and enthusiastic
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
