Business Development and Channel Manager to Retail Healthcare Equipment and Products UK wide £50,000 Basic, £62,000 OTE Our client is one of the largest Healthcare providers in the UK, supplying a variety of personal use equipment to Public Sector Health Authorities across the UK.
The company are now expanding into supplying some of this equipment directly to the public via Online market places, shopping channels and through a variety of high street retailers.
The Channel Manager will be responsible for managing and developing business within existing clients, whilst developing new opportunities to achieve the company’s set objectives through individual and teams’ performance.
Managing a team of Account Managers, Sales Executives, and an Internal Account Manager, you will have a direct influence upon our client’s customer’s perception of the organisation as well as the overall profitability of the company.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of sales success in existing and new business, delivering effective improvements to turnover, margin, and cost reduction.
You will be customer focused, with broad based experience in multi-channel retailing.
Experience of running online Accounts like Amazon and Shopping Channels along with large Retailers like Boots and Argos plus specialist Retailers.
You will be a highly experienced negotiator and self-starter, able to create plans, execute and achieve desired results.
You will need excellent planning and project management skills, with a sound attention to detail and proven ability to manage a cross functional team.
