Business Development & Field Sales Professional, Ecommerce

Our client, a leading e-commerce platform offering a vast range of products including fashion, electronics, beauty, home goods and groceries, is hiring for a Business Professional to work closely with potential local sellers in the region.

The successful candidate will develop and manage relationships with sellers and drive business development initiatives.

The Role:

• Researching and identifying new business opportunities including finding new sellers, product expansions and strategic partnerships.
• Developing and executing a comprehensive business development plant that aligns with the company's overall goals.
• Establishing, nurturing and maintaining strategic partnerships with brands, vendors and suppliers to ensure product variety and competitive pricing.
• Conducting regular market and competitor analysis to anticipate trends, gauge customer needs and adjust business development strategies.
• Working closely with internal marketing, operations and product teams to develop and roll out initiatives.
• Creating accurate sales forecasts and monitor business development metrics.

To Qualify:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of business development experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail or technology within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Results-driven with focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
• Adaptable, proactive and willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
