Business Development & Marketing Coordinator
Location: Southfields
Salary: Up to £40,000
Our client is looking for a proactive and versatile Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to help grow their Southfields office. This is a varied role that combines marketing, lettings support, coordination, and business development.
You’ll play a key part in driving new instructions and building local presence, working closely with both the Southfields and Wandsworth offices.
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth through networking, canvassing, and marketing outreach
• Manage and grow social media channels for Southfields and Wandsworth offices
• Coordinate direct mail campaigns and work with the central marketing team on local initiatives
• Maintain and develop the landlord database
• Support marketing and admin functions across the office
• Assist with new business generation and local brand awareness

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working in an estate agency environment (lettings, coordinator or similar)
• Marketing experience or qualification (degree or practical experience)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable juggling varied responsibilities across BD, marketing, and coordination
• Negotiator experience is desirable but not essential
