Business Development and Marketing Coordinator/Senior Coordinator

Our client is seeking a BD and Marketing Coordinator to join its team in London.

They are a leading and established architectural practice, with an impressive portfolio. Its London studio is seeking an energetic, creative and versatile coordinator/senior coordinator to join its team.

The role is a key one for the studio and will see you delivering bids and communications projects - often working alongside colleagues in their other UK offices.

Hybrid working on offer after probation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collating and designing bid documents, presentations and related collateral
• Updating the intranet, website and photography archive
• Organising photographic shoots
• Planning and delivering events
• Keeping marketing materials up to date
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks when necessary

Skills and Experience

• At least two years’ experience in a BD, marketing or communications role
• Experience with bid coordination
• Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign
• An interest in architecture and design
• Excellent attention to detail in both the visual and written form
• Strong communication skills
• A degree or qualifications in a related subject is desirable but not essential
