We are delighted to be working with this highly respected, top tier law firm who are looking for a talented and forward-thinking BD & Marketing Manager to join their global team based in London. This role would be an ideal step up for a top performing Senior BD Executive ready to move to the next level, or a great lateral move for an established BD Manager who is keen to gain global exposure.

This BD & Marketing Manager role will collaborate closely with highly engaged stakeholders to develop and drive strategic client development initiatives in a broad and varied role that includes:

• Developing and delivering BD strategy
• Undertaking client and market research to identify trends and spot opportunities
• Contribute to high-value pitches and client proposals with tailored, strategic input
• Lead the planning and execution of events, sponsorships, and thought leadership campaigns
• Manage the delivery of award submissions and directory rankings
• Support client development programmes
  

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience in business development and marketing within a law firm or professional services environment
• High levels of commercial acumen with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach
• Confidence when working with senior stakeholders and the ability to build strong relationships
• Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills
