What You’ll Be Doing:

• Speaking with Financial Advisers to introduce investment solutions and arrange meetings for the senior Business Development team
• Building real-world relationship management skills via phone, video, and email
• Learning how the Asset Management industry works through a structured 3-month training programme
• Gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment

What We’re Looking For:

• A recent graduate or early-career professional with a genuine interest in Financial Services
• A strong communicator who enjoys speaking with people and can build rapport quickly
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn the foundations of Investment Sales
• Some awareness of the sales process is helpful—but attitude and ambition are more important than experience
