Business Development Associate - London - Salary up to £35k + bonus

Role Summary As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving asset growth by:

• Becoming an expert in investment proposition. ?
• Collaborating with the Business Development, Partner Relations, and Technology teams.
• Engaging with the UK adviser landscape, focusing on MPS and Multi-Asset Funds. ?

Key Responsibilities

• Hunting: Generate leads through referrals, networking, events, webinars, cold outreach, and research. ?
• Farming: Build relationships with existing firms, identify cross-sell opportunities, and defend invested assets. ?
• Strategic Planning: Develop clear strategies, prioritize prospects, and optimize feedback to inform future business direction. ?
• BD Support: Assist the UK MD with meeting notes, presentations, due diligence questionnaires, and award submissions. ?
• Management Information: Capture activity in Hubspot and analyze trends to maintain a BD MI dashboard. ?

• Experience:?
  • Previous experience at a DFM, Asset Manager, or Platform is advantageous but not essential. ?
• Education:?
  • Minimum: Graduate degree (Finance-related preferred). ?
  • Bonus: IMC, CFA, or postgraduate qualifications. ?
