Job Description - Business Development / Client Relations Exec

Job Description: We are looking to hire a Business Development/Client Relations Executive to assist with our outreach and sales programme, primarily to the Architecture, Interior Design & specifier community, to improve awareness, develop relationships and help with system specification as well as assisting with closing deals. 

Role Duties  

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking  
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business  
  • Developing and building a strong pipeline of new opportunities to achieve company goals and objectives 
  • Collaborate with cross -functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients  
  • Stay up -to -date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities  
  • Managing Zoho CRM to track sales activities, pipeline and customer interactions  
  • Build relationships within identified sectors to build out CRM 


Requirements

Role Requirements  

  • Experience in business development or sales role within similar industry  
  • Highly organised, confident communicator and problem -solving skills  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams  
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software  - Zoho CRM a plus 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast -paced environment
