Job Description - Business Development Coordinator

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR - Uncapped Commission & Career Growth

Location: Kettering | Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring they receive professional service and expert technical support.
  • Following up on leads from marketing activity to generate new business opportunities.
  • Booking high-quality appointments for the field sales team.
  • Managing and developing key accounts within your designated geographical area.
  • Following up quotations and driving projects forward to secure orders.
  • Negotiating and closing sales with contractors, architects, local authorities, and end users.
  • Collaborating with field sales, estimators, customer service, and internal teams to deliver top-notch solutions.
