Profile:

As Business Development Director, you will establish early commercial relationships, develop qualified opportunities and conduct a coordinated approach across business lines.

You will manage front-end business development across the Data Centre ecosystem, engaging customers and partners before formal tendering begins.

By understanding customer priorities and coordinating internal stakeholders, you will help shape commercial positioning and prepare qualified opportunities for handover to the relevant business line. You will also contribute to the company’s Data Centre go-to-market strategy and provide structured insights into market dynamics, customer needs, competitors and portfolio gaps.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Map and priorities target customers, projects and decision makers
Build relationships with developers, operators, EPC contractors, integrators and OEMs
Develop and manage qualified opportunities through early customer engagement
Coordinate customer activities across business lines and functions
Support partnership discussions, market analysis and management updates
Ideal Background:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Engineering, Economics or a related field
Experience in business development, strategic sales, key account management or go-to market roles within electrical infrastructure, electrical components or power solutions
Experience with complex solution selling
Established network and experience within the data centre ecosystem, including developers, operators, EPC contractors, integrators or OEMs
A record of developing senior external and internal relationships and early-stage commercial opportunities
Fluent English
