We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive who thrives in a high-energy, goal-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have a successful background in outbound sales, with a natural talent for engaging clients and building strong connections. Adaptability and a proactive approach are essential for excelling in our dynamic workplace.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Prospect/Client Engagement: Engage in conversations with prospects to understand their unique needs through a comprehensive fact-finding process. Your objective will be to connect each prospect with an APW Wealth Adviser.
Appointment Booking: Schedule appointments between prospects and wealth advisers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process to address prospects' financial enquiries.
Attention to Detail: Demonstrate professionalism and keen attention to detail by matching each prospect with the adviser best suited to their specific situation and keeping record updated on our CRM software.
Team Support: Provide ad hoc support to the wider team beyond appointment booking, showcasing strong teamwork and precision.
We are looking for someone who is quick on their feet, consistently ensuring that each client leaves with a positive impression of Apollo Private Wealth's high-quality service.
While experience in financial services is preferred, it’s your enthusiasm, ambition and professionalism that matter most to us. We will equip you with all the tools and training needed to thrive in your role at Apollo Private WealthWe are looking for intelligent and articulate individuals, who are degree educated and have a highly professional work ethic. You will need to demonstrate that you can achieve and exceed targets.
Have a minimum of 12 months experience as a business development, sales executive or a relevant sales role preferably within B2C sales.
Proven sales track record
Are motivated by targets
Have a passion for Financial Advice and an ambition to grow your career in this space
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport with C-Suite level clients
Time management and planning skills

Basic Salary of £25,500 - £30,000 dependent on previous experience
