• Assist the Business Development team in processing new business requests.
• Complete quotes in a professional manner to ensure matter conversion.
• Serve as the first point of contact for active and prospective clients.
• Participate in business development activities, including visiting agents, attending networking events, and organising agent events.

• Previous experience in estate agency is preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to efficiently organise both yourself and others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with making and receiving sales calls.
• A positive “can do” attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft packages is essential.
• A full driving license is required.
