Business Development Executive

This is a newly created role—a direct result of the firm’s continued success and expansion in the clean energy space. You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment, working alongside a newly appointed Senior BD Manager to shape and grow one of the firm’s most exciting sector groups.

• Lead and support on RFPs, proposals, and client pitches

• Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities

• Develop compelling BD materials and sector content

• Coordinate impactful client events and campaigns

• Manage CRM data and analyse campaign performance

• Collaborate with lawyers and stakeholders to execute BD plans

• 2+ years’ experience in business development or marketing (legal/professional services preferred)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office

• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset

• A genuine interest in the clean energy sector

• £40,000–£45,000 base salary (depending on experience)

• Firm-wide bonus (~10%) paid annually
