Reporting to: Head of Sales

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy-identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals that drive revenue. This is a field-based role offering autonomy and the chance to shape your own pipeline and success.

• Proven experience in business development or B2B sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
• Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital prospecting tools
• Ideal for individuals who are young, hungry, and eager to expand their knowledge in the industry

• Develop and execute a personal sales strategy to meet and exceed targets
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
• Conduct client meetings and deliver persuasive presentations
• Negotiate and close deals aligned with client needs and company goals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
