Job Description - Business Development Executive

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Executive to join one of the fastest-growing wealth management firms in the UK.
We will reward you with uncapped commission, hybrid working and a great opportunity to grow a career in Wealth Advice.
This role will see you connecting with prospects over the phone and coordinating meetings with our Wealth Advisers. This is a great foot in the door for anyone looking for a career in Wealth Management.

The role

This role is crucial to our business and is rewarded as such with an uncapped earnings structure. Targets are realistic and OTE earnings are between £35-40k per year.
We will provide you with leads, you will articulate our service to prospective clients and arrange for them to meet our Wealth Advisers.

Each day you will;
  • Make a high volume of calls to leads provided by our marketing department - we don't cold call
  • Talk to clients and Advisers about wealth management with confidence
  • Organise meetings with our Wealth Advisers
  • Co-ordinate calendars and maintain accurate client information using a leading CRM
  • Work closely with our Advisers to win new business
We are looking for intelligent and articulate individuals, who are degree educated and have a highly professional work ethic.
You will need to demonstrate that you can achieve and exceed targets.
  • Have a minimum of 12 months experience as a business development, sales executive or a relevant sales role preferably within B2C sales.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Proven sales track record
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with C-Suite level clients
  • Time management and planning skills
