Role Overview

Oscar Enterprise have partnered with one of the largest property surveying firms in the UK. They have over a thousand chartered surveyors across the UK and are dedicated to offering bespoke and unique products and services not delivered by other surveying companies.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive, with experience working in a sales environment, to join their team and help drive the next phase of growth. This is a hybrid role that blends inbound lead management with proactive outreach. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your contribution truly matters.

Although the role is largely phone-based, you'll also travel to meet with new and existing partners, presenting compelling reasons to partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth by generating new business and achieving daily KPIs and sales targets.
• Own and manage your territory by identifying, researching, and pursuing new opportunities.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential referrers.
• Present our services and solutions effectively, both virtually and in person.
• Deliver training sessions for referrers about our brand, services, and referral processes.

Requirements

• 1 year + experience in a sales role
