Who They're Looking For
They’re looking for motivated, proactive individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have:

Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build rapport effortlessly.
A resilient, can-do attitude and determination to succeed.
Ideally, previous experience making outbound calls or a passion for connecting with people.
An eye for opportunities and the drive to meet and exceed targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools or LinkedIn (advantageous but not essential).
