Business Development Executive

EAC Consulting Group are representing a Growing Finance Organisation based in Milton Keynes. They are looking for an ambitious, target driven Business Development Executive to join their growing business. If you have a passion for sales and delivering an excellent service then this is the role for you.

The opportunity to earn lucrative commission with a realistic OTE of £90,000 by year 3!!

On Offer for the Business Development Executive:

• £26,000 Basic
• OTE approx. £45,000+ 1st year, 2nd year £60,000+
• Generous uncapped commission
• Brand new offices with free on-site gym

• Central Milton Keynes location
• Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

Duties for the Business Development Executive:

• Generate and qualify leads by either cold calling, email or using LinkedIn
• Accurately create and collect all relevant documents
• They will ensure that all proposals and documents remain compliant
• The Sales Executive will demonstrate the ability to multi-task, responding to incoming enquiries via phone and email in a timely fashion to meet deadlines
• Manage existing relationships and build successful networking relationships to grow the business.
• The Sales Executive will represent the business at trade exhibitions.
• They will be committed to the delivery of a positive client experience.
• They will be committed to improving their knowledge of the finance products on offer.

The ideal Business Development Executive:

• Hungy, money motivated individual with a passion for sales
• Must be happy to pick up the phone and make up to 100 outbound dials+
• Previous sales experience in a similar role is desirable
• The determination and drive to work to and exceed targets
• You will be self-motivated, determined, and professional individual
• Be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• The successful candidate must have a driving licence and own vehicle
• Strong organisational skills and with the ability to work within a team or independently..
