Reed are working with a rapidly growing and award-winning company based in Central Bristol, recruiting for a Business Development Executive on a full time, permanent basis.
Reporting directly to the recently appointed Head of Sales, you will be part of a growing team of 11 BDEs. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, proactive, and enjoys making connections over the phone.

What will you be doing?
Generating new business across Schools, Trust, Nurseries and Early years settings
Maintaining the highest levels of customer service during all client interactions
Forging and growing partnerships
Generating leads by contacting decision makers within Schools, Trusts, Nurseries and Early years settings to discuss their training and recruitment needs for existing staff and new Apprentice recruitment
Servicing inbound enquiries generated from various channels and managing them through to completion
Developing employer relationships so that existing customers become regular reoccurring clients while cross selling other programmes on offer
Schedule and complete weekly activities/KPI’s which include phone prospecting and virtual/face-to-face meetings
Report sales data and forecasts on a regular basis and meet month end sales deadlines
Keeping the internal CRM system up to date and documenting daily activity to track sales and personal performance
Work closely with other departments and support staff to assist with coordination of sales administration / applications
Build highly effective relationships with partners and clients
Identify opportunities to improve processes and approaches
Work with Excel, Power BI, CCRM and Smart Sheet
About you
A strong communicator (written and verbal) an excellent telephone manner
Sales experience with a track record of meeting KPI’s and/or Targets
Have a fantastic work ethic and commitment to supporting professionals
Be highly competent using MS packages and CRMs (employer can train)
Be open to change - actively looking for ways to improve processes and outputs for the team
Driven and committed to forging a successful sales career
